ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS:

DIY Customs accepts these payment methods:
Credit Cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa (US Only)
Affirm and Shop Pay financing:
Diners club, Apple Pay, Meta Pay.

International Transaction – Require a Wire Transfer

The billing address you provide must be the same billing address that is on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. We reserve the right to cancel your order without any notification if a credit card does not.

DIY Customs may ask you for proof of additional information especially on first order.  This would include drivers license photo front and rear.  Photo of the credit card being used front and rear.  This is for the protection of the consumer and DIY Customs from potential fraud.  

DIY Customs cannot and will not resolve credit card Issues with your financial institution.  If a credit card is declined, it is your responsibility to resolve any problems.

Rates from 0%-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments, are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please call DIY Customs for assistance 412-882-8346.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

Please refuse the delivery if there is obvious shipping damage. If you accept the delivery and then discover shipping damage, please call DIY Customs right away using the contact info provided with the order.

If shipping damage is a possible issue, it is important that you save all packaging material and paperwork for the order. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the product without contacting DIY Customs first, you jeopardize our chances of filing a claim and you may not receive credit for the return.   

Damaged received items due to shipping is between the customer receiving the items and the shipping company.  Please save all packaging and information you can to file a claim with the shipping company.


LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

DIY Customs is not responsible for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.
