ACT actZM15-HDSD 19-25 Mazda MX-5 Miata HD/Perf Street Rigid Clutch Kit

ZM15-HDSD kit features ACT's most popular Heavy Duty pressure plate. ACT Heavy Duty pressure plates use exclusive diaphragm design to increase clamp load, reduce deflection and maximize clutch life. All diaphragms endure a four-stage, heat-treating process for unparalleled performance. ACT pressure plates have precision cover stampings to provide rigidity and consistency. The ACT performance street rigid-hub discs feature premium organic materials with high copper content for better heat transfer and steel-backed lining for greater burst strength and durability. The chrome-moly hub is heat-treated for strength and durability. Rivet design and materials are carefully selected for maximum strength. These discs are the minimum weight street disc for faster shifts. ACT's street rigid-hub discs provide race-proven performance with street manageability. HD/Perf Street Rigid Light to moderate pedal effort, smooth positive engagement, increased gear rattle; Longer friction life, extended by ACT's exclusive diaphragm design, rigid design may increase spline wear; Carefully engineered, precisely assembled, accurately balanced, with premium organic friction materials for heat tolerance and reduced fade; Recommended for street and race use; 100% clamp load tested and dynamically computer balanced for smooth high RPM reliability

• "Excellence in Performance", backed by the best one-year warranty in the industry!

The ACT actZM15-HDSD HD/Perf Street Rigid Clutch Kit is designed for street and race use in select 2019-2020 Mazda MX-5 Miata applications. The kit features ACT's Heavy Duty pressure plate, which uses an exclusive diaphragm design to increase clamp load, reduce deflection and help maximize clutch life. Each diaphragm undergoes a four-stage heat-treating process, while precision cover stampings provide rigidity and consistency.

The performance street rigid-hub disc uses premium organic friction materials with high copper content for improved heat transfer, along with steel-backed lining for increased burst strength and durability. A heat-treated chrome-moly hub supports strength and durability, and carefully selected rivet designs and materials promote maximum strength. The minimum-weight street disc is engineered for faster shifts, with light to moderate pedal effort and smooth, positive engagement. The rigid design may increase spline wear and gear rattle.

Each assembly is carefully engineered, precisely assembled, accurately balanced, 100% clamp-load tested and dynamically computer balanced for smooth high-RPM reliability. The kit is backed by ACT's one-year warranty. Fitment data indicates compatibility with 2019 and 2020 Mazda MX-5 Miata applications.
