T1SS-B02 Mod-Twin 225 HD Sprung Street Kit is designed for high powered AWD street cars. It unites uncompromised pedal feel, durability, engagement quality with very high torque capacity by combining twice the organic friction surfaces with an ultra-durable spring center Mono-Drive hub in a completely modular design. Each diaphragm spring endures an exclusive four-stage heat treating process providing a consistent light pedal feel. Steel-backed Friction Plates with high quality organic friction materials deliver stable friction coefficient, good heat capacity and long clutch life. These Friction Plates uniformly transfer torque to the Mono-Drive sprung hub assembly which extends input shaft life and reduces driveline shock from torsional vibration. This kit includes a CNC-machined and dynamically balanced flywheel, pressure plate cover, diaphragm spring, face, puck-style ceramic friction plates, sprung Mono-Drive hub assembly, floater, patented Monoloc Collar, release bearing, alignment tool and pilot bearing (if needed). Mod-Twin clutches are fully rebuildable and most components can be ordered separately. By using twice the organic friction surface area with a spring-centered Mono-Drive hub, this clutch kit helps deliver reliable power transfer while reducing torsional vibration and driveline shock.

Each diaphragm spring receives ACT's exclusive four-stage heat-treating process for consistent, light pedal effort. Steel-backed friction plates with premium organic friction material provide a stable friction coefficient, strong heat capacity, and extended clutch life. The CNC-machined, dynamically balanced flywheel, forged aluminum cover, hardened wear points, sprung Mono-Drive hub, and patented Monoloc Collar are designed to support long-term performance under demanding conditions. The kit is fully rebuildable, allowing most components to be serviced or replaced separately.

The ACT T1SS-B02 includes the clutch hardware required for installation, including the flywheel, pressure plate cover, diaphragm spring, ceramic puck-style friction plates, floater, sprung Mono-Drive hub assembly, Monoloc Collar, release bearing, alignment tool, and pilot bearing when required. Every clutch is clamp-load tested, dynamically balanced, and SFI certified. The kit fits select 2016–2018 BMW models equipped with the 3.0L turbocharged B58 engine, including the 340i, 340i xDrive, 440i, 440i xDrive, and M240i, along with the 2022–2026 Toyota GR Supra.
