T1SS-S01 Mod-Twin 225 HD Sprung Street Kit is designed for high powered AWD street cars. It unites uncompromised pedal feel, durability, engagement quality with very high torque capacity by combining twice the organic friction surfaces with an ultra-durable spring center Mono-Drive hub in a completely modular design. Each diaphragm spring endures an exclusive four-stage heat treating process providing a consistent light pedal feel. Steel-backed Friction Plates with high quality organic friction materials deliver stable friction coefficient, good heat capacity and long clutch life. These Friction Plates uniformly transfer torque to the Mono-Drive sprung hub assembly which extends input shaft life and reduces driveline shock from torsional vibration. This kit includes a CNC-machined and dynamically balanced flywheel, pressure plate cover, diaphragm spring, face, puck-style ceramic friction plates, sprung Mono-Drive hub assembly, floater, patented Monoloc Collar, release bearing, alignment tool and pilot bearing (if needed). Mod-Twin clutches are fully rebuildable and most components can be ordered separately. Its twin-disc design combines dual organic friction surfaces with a durable, sprung Mono-Drive hub to deliver consistent power transfer while helping reduce driveline shock and torsional vibration.

Each diaphragm spring undergoes a proprietary four-stage heat-treatment process to provide consistent clamping force and light pedal effort. Steel-backed friction plates use premium organic materials for stable friction performance, controlled heat management, smooth shifting, and extended clutch life. The kit also includes a CNC-machined and dynamically balanced flywheel, forged aluminum cover, pressure plate assembly, ceramic puck-style friction plates, floater, patented Monoloc Collar, release bearing, alignment tool, and pilot bearing when required.

Designed for street and street/strip applications, the ACT Mod-Twin 225 HD offers soft, progressive engagement with mild transmission gear noise while maintaining the durability needed for demanding driving conditions. The modular system is fully rebuildable, allowing individual components to be replaced or serviced as needed. All assemblies are clamp-load tested, dynamically balanced, and SFI certified. This kit fits select 2006–2008 Subaru applications, including the Baja, Forester, and Impreza; verify vehicle-specific fitment before ordering.
