The AEM 25-301BK Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator is designed for Honda and Acura fuel systems requiring precise fuel pressure control and increased fuel delivery capability. Its high-flow design supports engines producing up to 1,000 horsepower, making it a practical upgrade for performance applications using higher-capacity fuel pumps. The regulator features a black anodized finish and an offset flange with a straight return-line fitting for direct installation on compatible original equipment fuel rails or AEM High Volume Fuel Rails.

Fuel pressure is adjustable from 20 psi to the maximum capacity of the fuel pump, while the 1:1 boost-referenced rising-rate design helps maintain consistent fuel pressure under boost. AEM's patented interchangeable discharge-port system allows the regulator output to be matched to virtually any fuel pump. The included single large discharge orifice provides high-flow capability, and a custom barb fitting is included to accommodate the factory fuel hose. The regulator base accepts -6 AN or 9/16-inch x 18 fittings for flexible fuel-system configuration.

Constructed from CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum, the AEM 25-301BK is engineered for durability in demanding automotive applications. No additional parts are required for installation when used with the appropriate compatible fuel system.
