The AEM 25-304BK Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator is designed for Acura and Honda fuel systems requiring precise fuel pressure control and reliable performance. Its high-flow design supports engines producing up to 1,000 horsepower, while the adjustable pressure range allows tuning from 20 psi to the maximum capacity of the fuel pump. The regulator features a black anodized finish and an Acura/Honda offset flange with a 90-degree return-line fitting for direct installation on compatible original-equipment fuel rails or AEM High Volume Fuel Rails.

AEM’s patented interchangeable discharge-orifice system allows the regulator output to be matched to the flow characteristics of virtually any fuel pump. A single large discharge port is included, helping provide strong fuel flow without requiring additional installation components. The regulator also provides a 1:1 boost-referenced rising fuel pressure rate, making it suitable for turbocharged and supercharged applications where fuel pressure must increase in relation to boost pressure.

CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, the AEM 25-304BK is built for durability and consistent operation under demanding conditions. The base accepts -6 AN or 9/16-inch by 18 fittings, and the included custom barb fitting accommodates the factory fuel hose. This regulator fits select 1994–1997 Honda Accord, 1996–1997 Acura CL, and 1996–2000 Honda Civic EX applications. Verify the vehicle, fuel rail, and hose configuration before installation.
