AEM offers high quality stainless steel PSIa sensors in 15 (1BAR), 30 (2BAR), 50 (3.5BAR), 75 (5BAR) and 100 (7BAR). PSIa is referenced to absolute zero. Absolute zero is the pressure measurement when all the pressure exerted by the atmosphere has been removed. The most common use for absolute pressure sensors is reading manifold pressure. PSIa pressure sensors are required if you wish to measure vacuum. A PSIa sensor will read about 14.7 PSI when the sensing element is exposed to atmospheric pressure at sea level however they can be recalibrated to read zero at atmospheric and a negative number at values less than atmospheric pressure. 100 PSIa or 7 Bar Stainless Sensor Kit. Stainless Steel Sensor Body. 1/8" NPT Male Thread. Includes: 75 PSIa or 5 Bar Stainless Sensor, Connector, Pins, 1/8" NPT to -4 Adapter & 1/8" NPT to 3/16" Barb Adapter
  • Stainless steel body, with high quality sealing which makes it impervious to fluids.
  • Weather resistant connector and pins included
  • Includes 1/8" NPT to -4 AN adapter.
  • Accurate with 1% margin of error.

The AEM 30-2130-7 7 Bar MAP Sensor Kit is designed for accurately measuring absolute manifold pressure in automotive performance and engine management applications. With a pressure range of up to 100 PSIa, this sensor is suitable for systems that require vacuum measurement as well as boosted pressure monitoring. Absolute pressure is referenced to a complete vacuum, allowing the sensor to read atmospheric pressure at approximately 14.7 PSI at sea level and provide meaningful readings below atmospheric pressure when properly calibrated.

The sensor features a durable stainless steel body and high-quality sealing designed to resist exposure to automotive fluids. Its 1/8-inch NPT male thread supports secure installation, while the included adapters provide compatibility with -4 AN and 3/16-inch barb connections. A weather-resistant connector and terminal pins are included to help simplify wiring and provide dependable operation in demanding engine-bay environments. The sensor is rated for accuracy within a 1% margin of error, making it a practical choice for data logging, ECU input, boost control, and engine monitoring applications.

The AEM 30-2130-7 kit is intended for use with compatible electronic engine management and pressure monitoring systems. Verify pressure range, wiring requirements, calibration settings, and fitting compatibility before installation. The included hardware supports common automotive plumbing configurations while allowing the sensor to be integrated into custom intake manifold, vacuum, and pressure-monitoring setups.
