The AEM AEM-50-1200 340 LPH E85-Compatible High-Flow In-Tank Fuel Pump is designed for high-performance electronic fuel-injected vehicles, including naturally aspirated and forced-induction applications. Its durable internal construction is engineered to withstand the low-lubricity characteristics of ethanol and methanol fuels, with compatibility tested for ethanol blends up to E100, methanol fuels up to M100, and all types of gasoline.

Featuring a compact 39 mm outside diameter and an offset inlet design, the AEM-50-1200 fits many in-tank fuel system configurations and helps simplify installation. The pump uses a single-scroll ceramic turbine impeller and is individually tested to deliver 340 LPH at 40 PSI. Its offset inline inlet and outlet support flexible hose routing, while the included rubber buffer sleeve helps reduce noise and vibration within the fuel tank.

The kit includes the fuel pump, pre-filter, wiring harness or flying lead, internal fuel hose, clamps, end cap, rubber sleeve, and installation instructions. The pump operates with a 6- to 18-volt input range and draws approximately 12 amps at 40 PSI and 13.5 volts. A 20-amp fuse is recommended. Before installation, verify electrical polarity, fuel-pump sizing, and vehicle compatibility. The included hardware is not application-specific, and tank modifications are not recommended by AEM. This product is intended for gasoline and high-performance EFI fuel systems and is not approved for carbureted applications.
