If it is not correct, you can either re-pin it or use the supplied plug. Although AEM's High Flow Fuel Pumps are the same physical size as many OEM fuel pumps, they may not be appropriate for a specific application. The AEM 50-1215 340 LPH E85-compatible high-flow in-tank fuel pump is engineered for high-output electronic fuel injection applications, including naturally aspirated and forced-induction vehicles. Its robust internal construction is designed to withstand the low-lubricity characteristics of ethanol and methanol fuels, and it has been tested for compatibility with ethanol fuels up to E100, methanol fuels up to M100, and all types of gasoline.

This AEM fuel pump features an offset inlet with mounting hooks to help simplify installation in compatible fuel tanks. The compact 39mm body fits many applications, while the in-tank design supports reliable fuel delivery for performance builds. The pump is individually tested and rated to flow 340 liters per hour at 40 PSI. A universal pre-filter, wiring harness, rubber sleeve, end caps, O-rings, and installation instructions are included. Supplied hardware is universal and not application specific.

Before installation, verify fuel pump sizing, electrical requirements, connector polarity, and vehicle compatibility. Factory fuel pump wiring may not be sufficient for the current draw of a high-flow pump, so follow the wiring guidance in the installation instructions. The included universal pre-filter may not fit every vehicle; follow the vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations for filter replacement. Do not modify the fuel tank to accommodate this pump.
