AEM's 400LPH High Flow, High-Pressure Fuel Pump (AEM 50-1005) is capable of supporting over 1,200 HP normally aspirated and a whopping 860 HP at 30 psi boost!* It flows 400LPH (100 gph) at 40 PSI, 340LPH (90 gph) at 73 PSI, and 270LPH (71 gph) at 120 PSI. Complete flow curves from 35 to 120 PSI and current draw vs. fuel pressure charts are available in the Specs tab. 400lph Inline High Flow Fuel Pump. 400LPH@40psi, 300LPH@120psi. M18x1.5 Inlet & M12x1.5 Outlet. Includes Fuel Pump, installation instructions, check valve fitting, wiring terminal ends/covers/nuts. Although AEM's High Flow Fuel Pumps are the same physical size as many OEM fuel pumps, they may not be appropriate for a specific application. You can consult the Vehicle Search function on our website to see whether a pump is recommended for your vehicle. The Vehicle Search function should be used as a reference only. It is imperative that you check the fuel pump sizing for your vehicle before purchasing an AEM High Flow Fuel Pump.
  • Compatible with Flex Fuel (E85/E90) and all types of gasoline (100% Alcohol fuels may diminish fuel pump life)
  • Popular "044 Style" physical configuration but with AN inlet & discharge port connections
  • Maintains very high flow even at boosted fuel pressures; 340LPH @ 73 PSI (30 psi boost)
  • Designed for high output naturally aspirated and forced induction EFI vehicles
  • Each pump individually tested to flow minimum of 400LPH (100gph) @ 40 PSI
  • Installs externally or in-tank

The AEM 400LPH High-Pressure Inline Fuel Pump, Part Number 50-1009, is designed for high-output naturally aspirated and forced-induction electronic fuel injection applications. Its high-flow design delivers up to 400 liters per hour, or approximately 100 gallons per hour, at 40 PSI and maintains strong fuel volume as system pressure increases. The pump supports more than 1,200 horsepower in naturally aspirated applications and up to 860 horsepower at 30 PSI of boost, depending on the complete fuel system configuration and fuel requirements.

Featuring a popular 044-style configuration, the AEM 50-1009 uses an M18 x 1.5 female inlet and M12 x 1.5 male outlet for flexible installation with compatible fuel system components. It may be installed externally or in-tank and is compatible with flex-fuel blends, including E85 and E90, as well as gasoline. Continuous use with 100% alcohol fuels may reduce pump service life. Each pump is individually tested to meet AEM’s minimum flow specification.

This fuel pump is suitable for performance EFI systems that require reliable fuel delivery at elevated pressure, including turbocharged and supercharged vehicles. Before installation, verify fuel pump sizing, electrical capacity, plumbing compatibility, and vehicle-specific fitment. The AEM Vehicle Search function may be used as a reference, but final application validation is the installer’s responsibility. This pump is not approved for carbureted applications and may be subject to applicable emissions-related requirements.
