AEM offer high quality brass PSIa sensors in 30(2BAR), 50 (3.5BAR) and 75 (5BAR). PSIa is referenced to absolute zero. Absolute zero is the pressure measurement when all the pressure exerted by the atmosphere has been removed. The most common use for absolute pressure sensors is reading manifold pressure. PSIa sensors are required of you wish to measure vacuum. A PSIa sensor will read about 14.7 PSI when the sensing element is exposed to atmospheric pressure at sea level however they can be recalibrated to read zero at atmospheric and a negative number at values less than atmospheric pressure. 75 PSIa or 5 Bar Brass Sensor Kit, Brass Sensor Body, 1/8-inch NPT Male Thread, Includes 75 PSIa or 5 Bar Stainless Sensor, Connector and Pins
  • Brass body, with high quality sealing which makes it impervious to fluids.
  • Weather resistant connector and pins included
  • Accurate with 3% margin for error.
  • Analog Data Scaled in Charts

The AEM 5 Bar MAP or 75 PSIA Brass Sensor Kit is designed for accurate manifold pressure and vacuum measurement in automotive applications. Its 75 PSIA, or 5 bar, stainless steel sensing element provides a broad pressure range for monitoring intake manifold pressure, boost, and vacuum. Because PSIA pressure is referenced to absolute zero, the sensor reads approximately 14.7 PSI at sea-level atmospheric pressure and can be used to measure pressures below atmospheric levels when properly calibrated.

Built with a durable brass sensor body, the AEM30-2131-75 offers reliable resistance to automotive fluids and demanding engine-bay conditions. The 1/8-inch NPT male connection supports common pressure-port installations, while the included weather-resistant connector and pins help simplify wiring. The sensor delivers analog output data that can be interpreted using scaled charts, making it suitable for engine management, data logging, and performance monitoring systems.

  • Feature: 75 PSIA or 5 bar pressure range for manifold pressure, boost, and vacuum monitoring.

  • Feature: Accurate analog pressure measurement with a stated margin of error of up to 3%.
  • Feature: Includes a weather-resistant connector and pins for dependable automotive wiring.
