AEM CD-5 Carbon Flat Panel Digital Dash Display, Non-Logging, Part Number 30-5600F

AEM CD5 Carbon Flat Panel Digital Displays are perfect for flush mount installation or in-dash enclosures with tight tolerances. They include all of the robust features found in the original CD-5 Carbon car dashboard monitors, but do not have buttons or an LED shade hood built into the enclosure. AEM CD5 Carbon Flat Panel Digital Displays feature full-color, daylight readable screens surrounded by a slim, tough, lightweight flow-molded carbon fiber composite housing. Seven ultra-bright LEDs span the top of the display housings for RPM and shift light indication. Users can program them to ascend in specific increments based on RPM range and flash when it is time to shift. Brightness is user programmable on the fixed color LEDs. A remote button kit (PN 30-3610, sold separately) easily wires into the CD Carbon wiring harness and allows users to change pages and clear memory. Two additional programmable LEDs are included in the car dashboard monitor's enclosure and are fully programmable Flat Panel Digital Dash Display, CD-5 non-logging, non-GPS racing dash, CAN input only, 5-inch diagonal screen, carbon fiber enclosure, wiring harness included, Does Not Include Buttons (See PN 30-3610)

The AEM CD-5 Carbon Flat Panel Digital Dash Display is designed for flush-mount installations and in-dash enclosures where a slim profile is required. This non-logging, non-GPS racing dash uses a full-color, daylight-readable screen with 800 x 480 resolution to present critical vehicle data clearly in demanding driving conditions. Its lightweight, flow-molded carbon fiber composite housing provides a durable enclosure for track, competition, and high-performance street applications.

The AEM CD-5 Carbon, Part Number 30-5600F, accepts CAN channels from AEMnet devices and compatible non-AEM CAN bus systems. It can display data from compatible factory ECUs, aftermarket engine management systems, CAN sensor modules, and other supported accessories. Seven programmable and dimmable LEDs across the top of the display provide RPM and shift-light indication, while two additional programmable LEDs can be assigned to warnings or driver-selected events. A headlight input automatically dims the display and LEDs for nighttime operation.

Users can configure supplied page layouts or create custom screens with AEM DashDesign software. The dash supports multiple display pages, alarm messaging, on-change pages, user-defined text, warning icons, and graphics that respond to channel values. A dedicated alarm page helps identify vehicle problems quickly, and two switch inputs can display events such as turn signals or high beams. Optional accessories expand functionality, including the AEM remote button kit for page control, CAN sensor modules for carbureted or older ECU-equipped vehicles, an EGT CAN module, GPS and vehicle-dynamics functions, and supported plug-and-play ECU adapter cables. The wiring harness is included; buttons are not included.

With IP66 water resistance, direct-sunlight readability, and a rugged carbon fiber composite enclosure, the AEM CD-5 Carbon provides flexible digital instrumentation for racing and performance vehicles. This version does not include internal data logging, GPS hardware, or integrated buttons.
