CD-7 Carbon Digital Dash Displays feature a full-color, daylight readable screen surrounded by a tough, lightweight flow-molded carbon fiber composite housing. Seven ultra-bright LEDs span the top of the display housing for RPM and shift light indication. Users can program them to ascend in specific increments based on RPM range and flash when it is time to shift. Brightness is user programmable on the fixed color LEDs. Two large buttons are included on the face of the display, allowing easy page changing and memory resetting even with driving gloves on. These button functions are included in the supplied rear connector, allowing the user to mount remote buttons. Two additional programmable LEDs are located above the toggle buttons on the top of the housing on either side of the integrated LED shift lights. The AEM CD-7 Carbon Digital Race Dash Display, Part Number 30-5700, delivers clear, configurable vehicle data in a rugged, lightweight package designed for demanding motorsports applications. Its full-color, 7-inch screen provides 800 x 480 resolution and 1,000 cd/m² brightness for direct-sunlight readability, while an anti-glare filter improves visibility in changing conditions. The flow-molded carbon fiber composite enclosure is IP65 water resistant, making the dash suitable for open-cockpit vehicles, motorcycles, and marine applications.

This non-logging model accepts channels from two separate, user-programmable CAN bus connections, allowing AEMnet-enabled and compatible third-party devices to operate together. The CD-7 Carbon can display data from factory ECUs, aftermarket engine management systems, CAN sensor modules, and other supported accessories. Optional modules and adapters can add GPS, vehicle dynamics, lap timing, track mapping, EGT inputs, and additional sensor channels. The supplied wiring harness supports the dash installation, while two large front buttons and compatible remote button functions allow convenient page changes and memory resets when wearing driving gloves.

Seven programmable and dimmable LEDs across the top of the housing provide configurable RPM and shift-light indication. Two additional programmable LEDs support event or warning indication, and the dedicated Alarm page can display user-defined warnings, icons, and text. Seven programmable pages include four main pages, Alarm, On-Change, and Start-Up layouts. Users can select supplied layouts or create custom displays with the included DashDesign Graphics Editor software. A headlight input automatically dims the display and LEDs for nighttime operation, while the odometer function and customizable graphics provide additional flexibility for race and performance vehicles.
