AEM CD-7G Carbon Flush Digital Dash Display with 20 Hz GPS, Part Number 30-5702F

AEM CD7 Carbon Digital Flat Panel Displays feature full-color, daylight readable screens surrounded by a slim, tough, lightweight flow-molded carbon fiber composite housing. Seven ultra-bright LEDs span the top of the display housings for RPM and shift light indication. Users can program them to ascend in specific increments based on RPM range and flash when it is time to shift. Brightness is user programmable on the fixed color LEDs. A remote button kit (PN 30-3610, sold separately) easily wires into the CD Carbon wiring harness and allows users to change pages and clear memory. Two additional programmable LEDs are included in the enclosure and are fully programmable. The AEM CD-7G Carbon Flush Digital Dash Display, part number 30-5702F, provides a clear, configurable view of critical vehicle data for race and performance applications. Its full-color, daylight-readable 7-inch screen features 800 x 480 resolution, 1,000 cd/m² brightness, and an anti-glare filter for visibility in direct sunlight. The lightweight, flow-molded carbon fiber composite housing offers a rugged solution for open-cockpit environments with IP66 water resistance.

This non-logging racing dash accepts CAN input from AEMnet CAN-enabled devices and compatible non-AEM CAN bus systems. The integrated 20 Hz GPS receiver and included antenna support GPS-based vehicle data, while the seven programmable and dimmable LEDs provide RPM and shift indication. Two additional programmable LEDs and two switch inputs support user-defined events such as high beams, blinkers, map changes, or other vehicle functions. A headlight input automatically dims the display and LEDs for nighttime operation.

The CD-7G supports seven programmable pages, including four main pages, an alarm page, an on-change page, and a startup page when used with the optional AEM remote button kit, part number 30-3610. Users can select supplied layouts or create custom pages with programmable text, graphics, warning icons, and channel-based display changes. The included wiring harness connects to compatible systems, while optional modules and adapter cables expand compatibility with factory ECUs, carbureted vehicles, EGT sensors, and additional vehicle data sources. AEM DashDesign software is included for display configuration.
