The system features a 200-psi, internally bypassed pump with waterproof construction for engine-bay or frame-rail installation. EPDM seals, a Santoprene diaphragm, integral fittings, and recirculation-style operation provide consistent fluid delivery with quiet, smooth performance. A conductive fluid-level sensor monitors the 5-gallon reservoir, while the included LED dash light provides system-status and low-fluid warnings.

The kit includes AEM’s “Boost Safe” readiness failsafe system, which is designed to help protect the engine if the injection system is not operating as intended. A machined billet injector with an integral check valve helps prevent unintended fluid flow, and the terminated harness uses a positive-lock connector with an integrated pump-ground circuit.
