The AEM V3 Water/Methanol Injector and Swirl Generator Kit is designed to improve water or methanol injection atomization for more effective inlet air cooling. Its innovative Swirl Generator Technology helps break fluid into a finer spray, allowing faster inlet temperature reduction while using less fluid to maintain cooling performance. This kit is suited for high-performance automotive applications requiring flexible fluid flow and consistent charge-air temperature control.

The interchangeable pintle system supports three flow rates using the included Swirl Generators: 250 cc, 500 cc, and 1,000 cc. This allows the injector to be configured for different engine sizes, boost levels, and tuning requirements without replacing the complete injector assembly. The machined injector is supplied with the necessary T-fitting and hose for installation into a compatible water/methanol injection system.
