These are TIG welded to the bar in a dedicated fixture to insure accurate hole positioning and consistent manufacturing. aFe Control includes low-deflection polyurethane bushings and premium 6061-T6 aluminum black anodized billet brackets. The front bar provides 1,000 or 1,125 pounds per inch of roll rate, while the rear bar provides 730, 875, or 1,040 pounds per inch. These settings are engineered to increase roll stiffness over factory components while allowing the driver to fine-tune vehicle rotation and stability.

Each aFe Control sway bar is CAD designed, CNC bent, and manufactured from lightweight 1026 DOM tubular steel. CNC-machined ends are TIG welded in dedicated fixtures for accurate hole positioning and consistent operation. The set includes low-deflection 90A durometer polyurethane bushings and black-anodized 6061-T6 billet aluminum brackets with grease fittings for simplified maintenance.
