In recent testing this system outflowed the factory intake by 113%. This highly engineered system uses a powder-coated heat-shielded air box with a one-piece intake tube. Handling filtration duties is the PRO 5R performance air filter that features 5-layers of progressively finer mesh cotton gauze media. The PRO 5R filter is constructed with 100% polyurethane for long life and multiple cleaning cycles. The heat-insulating, molded plastic intake tube adapts to the stock intake elbow making it easier for installation. The tube is also engineered for improved volumetric efficiency and maximum performance while lowering Intake Air Temps (I.A.T.). The system includes a washable and reusable aFe PRO 5R performance air filter featuring five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media and 360-degree radial airflow. A large 5-inch filter flange with an inverted top supports high-volume air delivery, while the powder-coated 18-gauge steel heat shield helps isolate the filter from engine-bay heat. The heat-insulating molded intake tube adapts to the factory intake elbow and uses original mounting points for a straightforward installation.

Fitment includes select 2013-2014 Ram 2500 trucks with the 6.7L turbo diesel engine. Verify engine configuration and vehicle application before ordering. This product is not CARB approved and may not be legal for use on pollution-controlled vehicles in all states. A two-year limited warranty is included.
