A sturdy 18-gauge steel heat shield with a wrinkle-black powder-coated finish mounts to the lower half of the factory airbox to help isolate the filter from engine-bay heat. The one-piece 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube features the same durable wrinkle-black finish and directs smooth, unrestricted airflow from the filter to the turbocharger. Stainless steel clamps and all required installation hardware are included for a straightforward installation. This intake is compatible with aFe Power covers 54-12868-B and 54-12868-C.
