The aFe MagnumSHIELD Filter GUARD Pre-Filter is designed to protect compatible performance air filters from large debris before it reaches the filter media. This black pre-filter slips over the air filter and helps extend cleaning intervals while supporting consistent airflow. It is intended for use with aFe filter applications ending in XX-40035, including compatible 2x/72-35035 and 2x/72-40035 configurations.

Made from durable dry-weave fabric, the aFe Filter GUARD does not use oil and is designed not to attract dirt. When cleaning is needed, remove the pre-filter and wash it with mild soap and water, then allow it to dry before reinstalling.
