Momentum’s unique filter-to-housing interface was built to feature the largest air filter possible. This 9” tall, pre-oiled 360-degree radial flow air filter features two 3” inlets and our pre-oiled Pro 5R media with five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media for maximum performance and filtration. Its inverted top and large surface area provide much longer life between maintenance intervals. This media is perfect for street use. The smooth one-piece sealed housing, constructed of heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), features our patent-pending filter-to-housing interface. Its innovative design minimizes the total number of parts, making for an easy installation. A large, clear sight window allows for hassle-free filter inspection, without having to disassemble your system. The housing incorporates the factory air inlet scoop. Dual mandrel-bent wrinkle-black powder-coated aluminum intake tubes direct unrestricted airflow from the filter to the turbos for more horsepower and torque. A hose connects both tubes to balance air intake pressure. A silicone seal piece finishes the inlet of the housing and seals to the hood to block off unwanted hot engine air from entering the air intake system. Premium stainless-steel worm-gear clamps provide the best corrosion resistance possible and premium silicone couplings allows for ample flexibility and guarantee perfect seals. The aFe Momentum XP Pro 5R Cold Air Intake System, part number 50-30072R, is engineered for the 2021-2022 Ford F-150 Raptor with the 3.5L V6 twin-turbo engine. Its high-flow intake design replaces restrictive factory components with smooth, mandrel-bent aluminum tubes that promote efficient airflow to the turbochargers. The washable and reusable Pro 5R air filter uses five progressively finer layers of pre-oiled cotton gauze media and a 360-degree radial-flow design. Its tall profile and inverted top provide a large filtering surface for extended service intervals. A sealed, heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene housing incorporates the factory hood inlet scoop and grille air inlet to help isolate the filter from hot engine-bay air. The large clear sight window allows convenient filter inspection without removing the intake system.

Installation is simplified through a reduced-part design and an innovative filter-to-housing interface. Dual 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum intake tubes feature a wrinkle-black powder-coated finish and direct airflow toward the turbos. Premium silicone couplings and stainless-steel worm-gear clamps provide flexibility, corrosion resistance, and secure connections, while the included balance hose helps equalize intake pressure between the tubes. The silicone housing seal helps block unwanted hot air at the hood interface. This system is not CARB approved and may not be legal for use on pollution-controlled vehicles in all areas.
