This aFe POWER Pro 5R air filter is a 7” tall, pre-oiled, 360-degree radial flow performance air filter with five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media for maximum performance. Brief Description: The aFe Power 52-10020R Rapid Induction Cold Air Intake System is designed for 2015-2021 Volkswagen GTI models equipped with the 2.0L turbocharged engine. It combines a high-flow Pro 5R performance air filter, a mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube, and a powder-coated heat shield to improve airflow to the turbocharger and support increased horsepower and torque. The system is engineered for street and track use while retaining a clean, factory-style installation.

The washable and reusable Pro 5R filter uses five progressively finer layers of pre-oiled cotton gauze media and a 360-degree radial-flow design. This construction provides excellent airflow while helping protect the engine from airborne contaminants. A 3-inch wrinkle-black powder-coated aluminum intake tube reduces airflow restriction and directs air smoothly from the filter to the turbocharger.
