The straight through oversized design tremendously increases flow and turbocharger sound by creating a smooth transition between the turbo and intercooler tube. CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum then finished in red anodizing also provides superior strength and long lasting durability. This turbo muffler delete kit includes high-quality, stainless-steel, spring-loaded T-bolt clamps and a heavy-duty, 5-ply, polyester reinforced silicone coupling for superior strength and durability. Finished with Red Anodizing and a unique laser-etched aFe Power logo for a custom look. Designed to replace the factory turbo muffler between the turbocharger compressor outlet and the hot-side charge pipe, this straight-through, oversized design creates a smoother transition and improves flow through the turbocharger system.

Dyno testing demonstrated gains of up to 8 horsepower and 10 lb.-ft. of torque, while the streamlined design outflows the factory turbo muffler by 7 percent. The two-piece delete pipe is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum for strength and durability, then finished with red anodizing for corrosion resistance and a distinctive appearance. A laser-etched aFe POWER logo completes the custom finish.

The kit includes stainless-steel, spring-loaded T-bolt clamps and a heavy-duty, 5-ply polyester-reinforced silicone coupling for a secure, durable connection. This turbo muffler delete is designed for use with original-equipment charge pipes and is also compatible with aFe POWER charge pipe Part Number 46-20414-B. Verify vehicle and charge pipe compatibility before installation. This product fits select 2015-2021 Volkswagen GTI models with the 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder engine, as well as select Audi A3 Quattro and Audi S3 applications.
