Part Number 81-10076-WF combines three layers of oil-free synthetic filter media with a washable polyurethane foam pre-filter to support dependable airflow and filtration in trail riding, dusty conditions, and muddy environments. The dry media requires no oil during routine air filter maintenance and can be cleaned and recharged using aFe POWER Cleaner.

The progressive synthetic media is arranged with rounded, evenly spaced pleats to provide usable filtration surface area, strong dust-holding capacity, and efficient airflow. A molded expanded-metal screen surrounds the filter media to help protect against direct impacts and filter collapse. The 100% polyurethane base and top maintain their molded shape through repeated engine-bay heat cycles, supporting extended service life and multiple cleaning cycles.

The included 1/2-inch open-cell polyurethane foam pre-filter captures larger debris before it reaches the primary air filter. It can be tapped clean between regular service intervals, washed with aFe POWER Cleaner, and optionally treated with aFe air filter oil for additional protection in especially dirty environments. This pre-filter is washable and reusable, and it is designed to add filtration capacity without negatively affecting airflow.
