Momentum*s innovative filter-to-housing interface was built to feature the largest air filter possible. This 6 IN tall 360-degree radial flow air filter features a 4-1/2 IN flange and our pre-oiled Pro 5R media with five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media for maximum performance. It provides your engine with the largest amount of high-flowing air and delivers the highest power gains in most cases. This media is perfect for street and/or track use. Its inverted top makes for more filter surface area, resulting in longer service intervals. The sealed heat-resistant housing, constructed of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), features our patent-pending filter-to-housing interface and a clear sight window that allows for hassle-free filter inspection. An aluminum heat shield panel on the side of the housing deflects hot air emitted from the turbocharger, ensuring the system*s two air inlets bring in the coolest air possible. In addition to the massive auxiliary air inlet, this intake utilizes the vehicle*s OE air inlet with no additional hardware. Stainless-steel clamps and a silicone coupler are included for strength and durability.
