This turbo inlet is the perfect addition to the Takeda intake. It removes the air flow restriction of the factory turbo inlet and guarantees the maximum air flow to the turbo for maximum power. It provides a smooth transition for the air from the Takeda air intake tube to the turbo with the minimum restriction. Precisely CNC machined out of 6061-T6 billet aluminum, the adapter mounts directly onto the turbo and guides the increased air flow from the Takeda intake into the turbo. It is black anodized for durability and a stealthy appearance. This turbo inlet utilizes a flexible silicone coupling that is reinforced with three layers of polyester material, making it resistant to wear and deterioration. The silicone coupling mates directly to the aluminum turbo adapter and the Takeda air intake tube. All necessary clamps are provided. All necessary clamps and hardware are provided for a fast and easy installation. The factory harness bracket mounts directly onto the aluminum adapter for perfect fitment. Designed for use with select Takeda air intake systems, this turbo inlet reduces the restriction of the factory inlet and creates a smoother transition between the Takeda intake tube and turbocharger. The result is improved airflow potential to support increased engine performance.

The turbo adapter is CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and finished with a durable black anodized coating for corrosion resistance and a discreet appearance. A three-layer polyester-reinforced silicone coupling connects the adapter to the compatible Takeda intake tube, helping resist wear and deterioration under demanding engine-bay conditions. According to aFe testing, the turbo inlet alone outflows the factory turbo inlet by 26 percent and flows 295 CFM at 7 inches of water. This product is compatible only with specified Takeda air intake systems and will not fit the factory air intake system. For factory intake applications, use aFe part number 59-20001. The aFe Takeda Turbo Inlet Adapter fits 2019-2021 Hyundai Veloster N, 2022-2023 Hyundai Kona N, and 2022-2025 Hyundai Elantra N models where equipped with the listed Takeda intake system.
