This turbo inlet removes the air flow restriction of the factory turbo inlet and guarantees the maximum air flow to the turbo for maximum power. It provides a smooth transition for the air from the factory air intake tube to the turbo with the minimum restriction. Precisely CNC machined out of 6061-T6 billet aluminum, the adapter mounts directly onto the turbo and guides the increased air flow from the Takeda intake into the turbo. . It is black anodized for durability and a stealthy appearance. This turbo inlet utilizes a flexible silicone coupling that is reinforced with three layers of polyester material, making it resistant to wear and deterioration. The silicone coupling mates directly to the aluminum turbo adapter and the factory air intake tube. All necessary clamps are provided. All necessary clamps and hardware are provided for a fast and easy installation. The factory harness bracket mounts directly onto the aluminum adapter for perfect fitment. The aFe Takeda Turbo Inlet, Part Number 59-20001, is designed to reduce the airflow restriction found in the factory turbo inlet on select Hyundai Veloster N and Kona N models. By providing a smoother transition from the factory air intake tube to the turbocharger, this inlet helps deliver increased airflow for improved turbocharger breathing and power potential. The turbo inlet flows up to 19% more air than the factory inlet when measured independently, with a measured flow rate of 280 CFM at 7 inches of water.

The adapter is CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and finished with a durable black anodized coating for corrosion resistance and a stealthy appearance. A flexible black silicone coupling, reinforced with three layers of polyester material, connects the aluminum adapter to the factory intake tube while resisting wear and deterioration. Fitment: This aFe Takeda Turbo Inlet fits the 2019-2022 Hyundai Veloster N and 2022-2023 Hyundai Kona N equipped with the 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder engine. It is intended only for use with the factory air intake system and is not compatible with Takeda air intake systems using Part Numbers 56-10021D, 56-10021R, 56-70021D, or 56-70021R. For compatible Takeda intake systems, use aFe Part Number 59-20002. Installation is direct fit and requires no vehicle modifications.
