Akrapovic Evolution Line Titanium Cat-Back Exhaust for 2025 Mercedes-AMG G63 W465

Created from high-grade, durable, and lightweight titanium, the Evolution Line (Titanium) is 45% lighter than the standard stock version. It features specially-designed tailpipes – fashioned in the in-house foundry – that exit on both sides of the car. This new Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust has been perfectly routed to fit within the limited space of the car, and its surface has been coated for increased durability. Power and torque levels are increased through the entire rpm range, with increases of 15.8 kW (21.4 hp) and 25.3 Nm at 5,950 rpm when tested on The Akrapovic dyno against a G 63 with a standard stock system. A pair of exhaust valves behind the rear mufflers provide control of the exhaust tones, delivering a uniquely deep and sporty sound. The exhaust complies with ECE type approval and does not require remapping.

Constructed from high-grade titanium, this system is approximately 45% lighter than the standard factory exhaust, helping reduce vehicle weight while maintaining the durability required for high-performance driving.

Specially designed tailpipes, produced in Akrapovic's in-house foundry, exit on both sides of the vehicle. The exhaust has been carefully routed to work within the G63's limited underbody space, and its surface is coated to improve long-term durability. A pair of exhaust valves positioned behind the rear mufflers helps regulate exhaust tone, providing a refined sound during normal driving and a more aggressive character under acceleration.

When tested on Akrapovic's dynamometer against a Mercedes-AMG G63 equipped with the standard exhaust, the system produced gains of up to 21.4 horsepower and 18.7 lb-ft of torque at 5,950 rpm, with power and torque improvements throughout the rpm range. The Evolution Line is ECE type approved and does not require engine remapping. This configuration requires compatible exhaust tips, which are sold separately or specified separately for the application.
