AMP Research PowerStep Plug-N-Play Automatic Running Boards AMP76254-01A for 2019-2022 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra

"The original power-retractable running boards since 2002—and still setting the standard. AMP Research® PowerStep™ power running boards solve the trade-off that fixed boards never could––full-step access when you need it, and clean, uninterrupted aesthetics and maximum ground clearance when you don't. They deploy automatically as you or a passenger opens a door, and retract out of sight the moment you close it, promoting a streamlined appearance without a step hanging permanently below the rocker panel. ? Built to perform year after year, PowerStep running boards are constructed from corrosion-resistant aluminum and finished with an advanced powder coat to withstand daily use and harsh climates. Stainless steel hinge pins and hardware add another layer of durability to common wear surfaces. Each board supports up to 300 lbs. per door. ? A 6-in.-wide step delivers a stable, slip-resistant platform that promotes traction in all weather conditions. Integrated LED lighting illuminates the step for improved visibility, so confident footing isn't limited to daylight hours. When retracted, the boards tuck under the vehicle to shield rocker panels and maximize ground clearance while you're on the move—no hanging hardware, no exposed components. ? What sets the PowerStep apart from the competition is AMP Research's patented plug-n-play design. The system connects directly to your vehicle for unmatched ease and seamless integration—no complicated wiring, unnecessary splices, or magnet alignment issues. Newer applications connect via an OBD II module for a clean, factory-level installation. An optional override switch is also available for manual control when needed. ? Professional installation is recommended for all PowerStep running boards, though experienced DIYers can complete the install at home using the included vehicle-specific mounting kit, bracketry, hardware, wiring, and instructions. Drilling is required on select applications. Backed by a 5-year limited warranty." PowerStep Plug-N-Play Automatic Power-Deploying Running Boards fits 2019-2021 Chevrolet/GMC Silverado/Sierra 1500, 2022 Silverado LTD/Sierra Limited, 2020-2022 Chevrolet Silverado/GMC Sierra 2500/3500 (Gas and Diesel), Double and Crew Cab Before purchase please verify if you have New Body Style or Limited/LTD on 2022 Silverado/Sierra 1500 – This part is for the Limited/LTD Body Style
