The Banks Power Revolver Exhaust Manifold System is designed for Jeep 4.0L 6-cylinder applications, including 1991–1999 Wrangler, 1991–1998 Cherokee, and 1991–1992 Comanche models. It uses mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, a precision-ported and machined flange, and Banks Power Pickle collector technology to improve exhaust flow, torque, and acceleration compared with the stock manifold.

The Revolver collector incorporates a longer center tube designed to capture exhaust pulse action and convert it into torque throughout the operating range. The system features unrestricted exhaust ports, a seamless high-velocity collector, and flanges welded on both sides before being milled flat. A 1/2-inch-thick flange helps resist warping and flexing, while the self-aligning exhaust seal is designed to resist compression and blowout. The manifold bolts to the stock exhaust system.
