This assembly includes the manifold, crossover tube, and EGR port, with a high-temperature black coating. It is engineered for performance diesel applications and replaces Ford OEM part numbers BL3Z-9431-B and BL3Z-9431-D.

Constructed from thick-wall, high-silicon ductile cast iron, the manifold is designed to resist thermal warping. It uses three additional exhaust stud locations and includes new studs, spacers, and nuts. The included exhaust studs are 15 mm longer and used with spacers. BD Diesel suggests the optional 1043002 addition parts kit for easier installation.
