The BD Diesel bdd1045871 Screamer Turbo Manifold Package is a stock-location replacement for the Holset HE351 turbo on 6.7L Cummins applications. Its Ballistic Billet 64.5mm 7+7 blade compressor wheel and Low MOI QST 70mm 12-blade turbine wheel are designed to provide quicker response, reduced backpressure, increased efficiency and increased turbine flow compared with the competition. The package supports power potential up to 690 horsepower when used with supporting modifications.

The high-silicon ductile iron pulse manifold is designed to withstand extreme temperature cycling, including conditions caused by DPF regeneration. Precision slip joints allow controlled expansion and contraction to help reduce cyclic thermal fatigue, while the thick-walled casting and integral slip joint help prevent cracking and exhaust leaks. The manifold features larger porting, an open-throat outlet flange and a pre-drilled provision for pyrometer probes. Each actuator is calibrated and tested before shipping. Fitment data lists 2013-2016 Ram 2500 applications with the 6.7L Cummins engine. Gasket, bolt and spacer kits are available separately.
