The BD Diesel BDD1046067 Exhaust Manifold Kit is a fully divided pulse manifold designed for Dodge applications with the 6.7L Cummins engine and OE HE351 turbo. Constructed from high-silicon ductile iron, it is designed to withstand extreme temperature cycling caused by DPF regeneration, as well as vibration. Precision slip joints allow the manifold to expand and contract, helping reduce cyclic thermal fatigue, cracking and exhaust leaks.

The kit includes EGR port, exhaust port and turbo mount gaskets, along with Grade 10.9 black oxide-coated bolts and spacers. The manifold is pre-drilled for pyrometer probes, fully EGR-compatible and carries SEMA Certification No. SC-BDD01-0077. It replaces Chrysler part numbers 68002432AA, 68002432AB and 68002932AC.
