BDs deep aluminum pans increase oil capacity while 356T6 cast aluminum construction and heat-dissipating fins keep temperature down. The BD Diesel BDD1061720 Deep Sump Transmission Pan is designed for the Ford 6R140 transmission and increases fluid capacity by 6 quarts over the original equipment pan. Its 356-T6 cast aluminum construction and heat-dissipating fins help reduce transmission fluid temperatures, while the increased pan rigidity helps prevent transmission case twisting.

The pan provides maximum depth while maintaining sufficient ground clearance and offers increased cooling compared with the original steel stamped pan. The kit includes a magnetic drain plug, a temperature sending unit port and stainless steel hardware for installation.
