BD Diesel BDD1715872 exchange high-power common rail injectors are designed for 6.7L Cummins applications from 2007.5 through 2018. This Stage 6 injector set provides 53% over flow, supporting approximately 120 horsepower, with OE-quality nozzles that are extrude honed to increase fuel flow and atomization.

Each injector is assembled using OE procedures by a Bosch-trained technician and receives a new Bosch nozzle and control valve. Every unit is flow matched, precision calibrated, and tested on a Bosch 815 test bench under more than eight operating conditions. Calibration is held to a flow tolerance of +/-2%, compared with +/-5% for OEM injectors.
