Borla 11981 S-Type True Dual Axle-Back Exhaust System for Lexus RC F and IS 500

This BORLA® 2.5" diameter True Dual Axle-Back system was designed specifically for the Lexus RCF ('15-'25) and IS 500 ('22-'25). It delivers the classic S-Type sound with no drone inside the vehicle, and features dual 4" round bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips on each muffler assembly. A system with black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips is also available. Add optional mid section 60738 to this Axle-Back system to create a Cat-Back™ system. Part number 60738 is designed to work ONLY with BORLA® Axle-Back systems 11981 & 11981BC. Installation of 60738 REQUIRES cutting the mid section of the stock exhaust and welding inlet pipes to rear of the catalytic converters. The BORLA® mid section features a merge X-Pipe and will increase the overall sound volume while maintaining the tone of 11981 & 11981BC. The true dual layout is engineered specifically for the vehicle platform and includes dual round bright chrome exhaust tips on each muffler assembly.

Mid section 60738 is designed only for Borla axle-back systems 11981 and 11981BC and requires cutting the factory mid section and welding the inlet pipes to the rear of the catalytic converters. The optional mid section includes a merge X-pipe to increase overall sound volume while maintaining the tone of the axle-back system.
