Borla 140750 S-Type Cat-Back Exhaust System for 2015-2017 Volkswagen GTI MK7 2.0L

Does NOT fit MK7.5. This 3" diameter into dual 2.25" Cat-Back system delivers the classic S-Type sound with no drone inside the vehicle. It includes 1) 3.0" O.D. x 2.5" O.D. x 5.5" long adapter for a bolt on connection to the stock system. Do not use adapter for a full 3" inlet. Add optional resonator 60666 when additional sound reduction is desired. Adding this resonator will achieve the Touring sound level. The resonator is NOT designed to be used with the Original Equipment (O.E.) exhaust system. The system features single 4" round bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips on each tail pipe. Systems with black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips, and brushed T-304 stainless steel tips are also available. Designed for 2.0L four-cylinder models with automatic or manual transmissions and front-wheel drive, this exhaust delivers Borla’s distinctive S-Type sound while minimizing interior drone. The system is not compatible with MK7.5 models.

Built from premium T-304 stainless steel, the Borla 140750 is engineered for long-term corrosion resistance, dependable performance, and precise fitment. Patented straight-through and multi-core technology improves exhaust flow and velocity, helping support responsive performance, driving enjoyment, and fuel efficiency. Smooth mandrel bends and computer numerical control manufacturing contribute to consistent flow and accurate installation.

The system uses a 3-inch exhaust diameter transitioning into a dual 2.25-inch configuration and includes an adapter for connection to the original equipment exhaust system. Do not use the supplied adapter with a full 3-inch inlet. The system features single 4-inch round bright chrome T-304 stainless steel tips on each tailpipe. Optional black chrome and brushed T-304 stainless steel tip finishes may be available separately. For additional sound reduction, add Borla resonator 60666; installing this resonator achieves the quieter Touring sound level, but it is not designed for use with the original equipment exhaust system. Borla backs the system with its Million-Mile Warranty.

Fitment: 2015, 2016, and 2017 Volkswagen GTI MK7 with 2.0L four-cylinder engine, automatic or manual transmission, front-wheel drive, and two- or four-door body styles. Does not fit MK7.5 models.
