Upgrade your truck with the Borla 140767 Touring Cat-Back Exhaust System, engineered for 2019–2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 models equipped with the 5.3L V8 engine, automatic transmission, and 2WD or 4WD. This system is designed for extended cab models with the standard bed and 147.4-inch wheelbase, as well as crew cab models with the short bed and 147.4-inch wheelbase. It fits factory split rear exit vehicles only and is compatible with Trail Boss models.

The 3-inch exhaust tubing flows into dual 2.75-inch outlets and delivers Borla’s mellow Touring sound level with minimal interior drone. Patented straight-through and multi-core technology helps improve exhaust velocity, supporting responsive performance, driving enjoyment, and the distinctive Borla Sound of Power. Precision CNC manufacturing and ultra-smooth mandrel bends promote consistent airflow and an accurate installation. The system is constructed from premium T-304 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability.

This Borla cat-back system is designed to reuse the vehicle’s factory exhaust tips; tips are not included. For crew cab models with the standard bed and 157-inch wheelbase, adapter 60708 is required. Borla systems that include exhaust tips are also available. Professional installation is recommended to verify vehicle configuration and ensure proper alignment.
