The Borla 140773 S-Type Cat-Back Exhaust System is engineered for select 2019-2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 trucks equipped with the 6.2L V8, automatic transmission, and either two-wheel or four-wheel drive. This system fits Extended Cab models with the standard bed and Crew Cab models with the short bed, including applicable wheelbase configurations. It is designed for factory split rear-exit vehicles and does not fit ZR2 or AT4X models. Factory exhaust tips are reused; replacement tips are not included.

Built from premium T-304 stainless steel, the Borla 140773 delivers long-term corrosion resistance and dependable performance. Patented straight-through and multi-core technology helps reduce exhaust restriction, improve exhaust velocity, and support responsive power delivery. Smooth mandrel-bent tubing promotes efficient flow, while precision CNC manufacturing provides an accurate fit and professional installation. For Crew Cab models with the standard bed and a 6-foot 7-inch bed, 157-inch wheelbase configuration, Borla adapter 60706 is required. An optional Polyphonic Harmonizer 60680 can replace the smaller muffler behind the primary muffler to increase the sound level to ATAK performance. An optional True Dual Cat-Back system may also be available through related parts. Borla backs this exhaust system with a Million-Mile Warranty. California customers should review applicable emissions requirements before installation, as this product requires acknowledgment of its emissions status.
