We suggest cleaning the tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth. A system with a bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tip is also available. Designed for select 2020-2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 and 3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 and 3500 HD models with the gasoline 6.6L V8 engine, this system delivers the classic Borla S-Type tone with a deep, authoritative character and no unwanted interior drone. The 3.5-inch exhaust system uses a straight-through, multi-core design to improve exhaust velocity, helping promote responsive performance, driving enjoyment, and efficient airflow.

Constructed from premium T-304 stainless steel, the Borla 140833BC provides excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability. Smooth mandrel-bent tubing helps maintain consistent airflow, while precision CNC manufacturing supports an accurate vehicle-specific fit. The system exits through a 5-inch round black chrome tip made from T-304 stainless steel for a clean, performance-oriented appearance. Do not use Borla Stainless Steel Polish part number 21499 on the black chrome tips; clean them with hot water and a microfiber cloth instead. A bright chrome tip version is also available.

This cat-back system is intended for four-door Crew Cab models with the standard bed and 158.9-inch wheelbase. It does not fit diesel-powered vehicles or trucks equipped with dual rear wheels. For Crew Cab models with the long bed and 172-inch wheelbase, add Borla Extension Pipe 60713. The Borla Million-Mile Warranty provides additional confidence in the system’s construction and performance. This product may require emissions compliance verification before installation and is not CARB approved.

Excludes diesel engines and dual-rear-wheel configurations.
