2024-2026 includes E-Ray. Developing systems for the C8 Corvette presented BORLA engineers with unique challenges, but our team was up to the challenge. This 3" inlet Cat-Back system includes both AFM ('20-'21)/ DFM ('22-'26) valves and NPP dual mode exhaust valves. It features the aggressive ATAK sound level for an exciting driving experience with no drone inside the vehicle. It features our Polyphonic Harmonizer and SwitchFire technology. BORLA'S Polyphonic Harmonizer Technology utilizes patented units that contain pipes of different diameters and lengths to create multiple exhaust notes that harmonize to deliver a clean, rich, full-bodied sound. Completely eliminating the turbulent center intersection of a standard X-Pipe, BORLA'S patented SwitchFire design truly blends the combustion pulses from both sides of the engine for improved performance and a custom aggressive sound. Strategically placed heat shielding is included to prevent exhaust heat damage and protect your Corvette. It comes with quad (2 each side) l 4" round bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips. Systems are also available with black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips, or carbon fiber tips. The system is constructed using T-304 stainless steel and is backed by our Million Mile Warranty. System ships in 2 boxes. NOTE: After installation of the BORLA system, the controllers for the AFM / DFM valves and NPP valves in the exhaust system should be RE-CALIBRATED according to GM Document ID 5406413. The Borla ATAK system uses a 3-inch inlet, T-304 stainless steel construction, Polyphonic Harmonizer technology, and patented SwitchFire technology. The Polyphonic Harmonizer combines pipes with varied diameters and lengths to produce a clean, rich, full-bodied exhaust tone. SwitchFire technology blends combustion pulses from both engine banks while eliminating the turbulent center intersection found in a conventional X-pipe, helping support improved exhaust flow and a distinctive aggressive sound. Strategically positioned heat shielding helps protect the Corvette from exhaust heat.

Quad bright chrome exhaust tips, with two outlets per side, complete the system for a refined factory-style appearance. The exhaust is backed by Borla's Million Mile Warranty and ships in two boxes. After installation, the AFM or DFM and NPP valve controllers must be recalibrated according to GM Document ID 5406413. Borla recommends having the recalibration service performed by an authorized Chevrolet dealer. Fitment includes 2020-2026 Chevrolet Corvette C8 6.2L V8 automatic rear-wheel-drive models equipped with the required factory valve systems. This product may require emissions-related acknowledgment where applicable.
