2024-2026 includes E-Ray. Developing systems for the C8 Corvette presented BORLA engineers with unique challenges, but our team was up to the challenge. This 3" inlet Cat-Back system includes both AFM ('20-'21)/ DFM ('22-'26) valves and NPP dual mode exhaust valves. It features the aggressive ATAK sound with no drone inside the vehicle. It features our Polyphonic Harmonizer and SwitchFire technology. BORLA'S Polyphonic Harmonizer Technology utilizes patented units that contain pipes of different diameters and lengths to create multiple exhaust notes that harmonize to deliver a clean, rich, full-bodied sound. Completely eliminating the turbulent center intersection of a standard X-Pipe, BORLA'S patented SwitchFire design truly blends the combustion pulses from both sides of the engine for improved performance and a custom aggressive sound. Strategically placed heat shielding is included to prevent exhaust heat damage and protect your Corvette. It comes with quad 4" round black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips. Using BORLA Stainless Steel Polish p# 21499 is NOT recommended with these black chrome tips. We suggest cleaning the tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth. Systems are also available with bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips, or carbon fiber tips. The system is constructed using T-304 stainless steel and is backed by our Million Mile Warranty. System ships in 2 boxes. NOTE: After installation of the BORLA system, the controllers for the AFM / DFM valves and NPP valves in the exhaust system should be RE-CALIBRATED according to GM Document ID 5406413. It is engineered for vehicles equipped with original-equipment NPP dual-mode exhaust valves and includes AFM valves for 2020-2021 models and DFM valves for 2022-2026 models. Vehicles without original-equipment NPP valves should not use this system.

Constructed from durable T-304 stainless steel, the system includes quad 4-inch round black chrome tips and is backed by Borla’s Million-Mile Warranty. Do not use Borla Stainless Steel Polish part number 21499 on the black chrome tips; clean them with hot water and a microfiber cloth instead. After installation, the AFM/DFM and NPP valve controllers must be recalibrated according to GM Document ID 5406413. Borla recommends having this service performed by an authorized Chevrolet dealer. The system ships in two boxes.
