Developing systems for the C8 Corvette presented BORLA engineers with unique challenges, but our team was up to the challenge. This 3" inlet Cat-Back system includes AFM ('20-'21)/ DFM ('22-'26) valves but does NOT include NPP dual mode exhaust valves. It features the aggressive ATAK sound. It provides a more exciting driving experience without any drone. It contains our Polyphonic Harmonizer and SwitchFire technology. BORLA'S Polyphonic Harmonizer Technology utilizes patented units that contain pipes of different diameters and lengths to create multiple exhaust notes that harmonize to deliver a clean, rich, full-bodied sound. Completely eliminating the turbulent center intersection of a standard X-Pipe, BORLA'S patented SwitchFire design truly blends the combustion pulses from both sides of the engine for improved performance and a custom sound. Strategically placed heat shielding is included to prevent exhaust heat damage and protect your Corvette. It comes with quad (2 per side) 4" round black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips. Systems are also available with bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips, or carbon fiber tips. The system is constructed using T-304 stainless steel and is backed by our Million Mile Warranty. System ships in 2 boxes. NOTE: After installation of the BORLA system, the controllers for the AFM / DFM valves in the exhaust system should be RE-CALIBRATED according to GM Document ID 5406413. Built from durable T-304 stainless steel, the Borla 140841BC combines advanced Polyphonic Harmonizer and SwitchFire technologies. The Polyphonic Harmonizer uses patented pipes of varying diameters and lengths to produce a clean, rich, full-bodied exhaust note. SwitchFire technology replaces the turbulent center intersection of a conventional X-pipe, blending combustion pulses from both sides of the engine for improved performance and a distinctive exhaust tone. Strategically positioned heat shielding helps protect the Corvette from exhaust-related heat damage.

The system includes quad 4-inch round black chrome tips, with two outlets per side, and is backed by Borla's Million Mile Warranty. It ships in two boxes. After installation, the AFM or DFM valve controllers must be recalibrated according to GM Document ID 5406413. Borla recommends having the recalibration performed by an authorized Chevrolet dealer. This application is designed for the listed Corvette fitments and is not intended for vehicles equipped with NPP valves.
