The system features the mellow Touring sound that gives you a mild sound of power with no drone inside the vehicle. The split rear exit configuration replaces the single factory tail pipe, and has single 4" round black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips on each tail pipe. Using BORLA Stainless Steel Polish p# 21499 is NOT recommended with these black chrome tips. We suggest cleaning the tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth. Upgrade your compatible 2021-2026 Ford F-150 with the Borla 140862BC Touring Cat-Back Exhaust System. Designed for select 2.7L and 3.5L V6 applications, this system replaces the factory exhaust from the catalytic converter rearward to improve exhaust flow, power delivery, and sound. Its Touring sound level produces a refined, mild performance tone while helping minimize interior drone during everyday driving.

The system uses a 3-inch main pipe that transitions into dual 2.25-inch outlets and a split rear exit configuration. Each outlet is finished with a 4-inch round black chrome tip constructed from premium T-304 stainless steel. The black chrome finish should be cleaned with hot water and a microfiber cloth; Borla Stainless Steel Polish part number 21499 is not recommended for these tips. A bright chrome tip version is also available.

Borla builds this cat-back system with corrosion-resistant T-304 austenitic stainless steel, smooth mandrel bends, and precision CNC manufacturing for consistent fitment and maximum exhaust flow. It does not fit 3.5L V6 PowerBoost, Raptor, Tremor, or Black Appearance Package Plus models. Crew Cab vehicles with a 6-foot 7-inch standard bed and 157.2-inch wheelbase require adapter 60556, while Extended Cab vehicles with an 8-foot 2-inch long bed and 164.1-inch wheelbase require adapter 60564.
