The system features the mellow Touring sound that gives you a mild sound of power with no drone inside the vehicle. The split rear exit configuration replaces the single factory tail pipe, and has single 4" round black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips on each tail pipe. Using BORLA Stainless Steel Polish p# 21499 is NOT recommended with these black chrome tips. We suggest cleaning the tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth. Systems with bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel are also available. Additional systems are available with different options for sound level, tip finishes, and tip exits. The 3-inch inlet transitions into dual 2.25-inch tubing and a split rear exit configuration that replaces the factory single tailpipe. Dual 4-inch round black chrome tips are constructed from premium T-304 stainless steel for lasting corrosion resistance and a distinctive appearance. To protect the black chrome finish, Borla recommends cleaning the tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth rather than stainless steel polish.

Borla builds the 140865BC with mandrel-bent T-304 austenitic stainless steel tubing, straight-through and multi-core muffler technology, and computer-controlled manufacturing for consistent fitment. The bolt-on design supports a straightforward installation, while the included Million Mile Warranty reflects Borla’s commitment to durability. This system fits select Crew Cab short-bed and Extended Cab standard-bed configurations. Adapter 60556 is required for Crew Cab models with a standard bed and 157.2-inch wheelbase, while adapter 60564 is required for Extended Cab models with a long bed and 164.1-inch wheelbase.

Fitment excludes Ford F-150 Tremor models and vehicles equipped with the Black Appearance Package Plus. Additional systems with alternate sound levels, tip finishes, and exit configurations are available.
