EXCEPT Tremor and Black Appearance Package Plus. The 3" diameter into dual 2.25" Cat-Back system was BORLA specifically designed to enhance the power and sound of the Ford F-150 with the 5.0L engine. The system features BORLA'S Polyphonic Harmonizer Technology which utilizes patented units that contain pipes of different diameters and lengths to create multiple exhaust notes that harmonize to deliver a clean, rich, full-bodied sound. The system is tuned for the aggressive ATAK sound with no drone inside the vehicle. The split rear exit configuration replaces the single factory tail pipe, and has single 4" round black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips on each tail pipe. Using BORLA Stainless Steel Polish p# 21499 is NOT recommended with these black chrome tips. We suggest cleaning the tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth. This bolt-on system replaces the factory single tailpipe with a split rear exit and delivers Borla’s aggressive ATAK sound while minimizing interior drone. It is designed for four-door Crew Cab and Extended Cab configurations with the applicable short-bed or standard-bed wheelbase.

The system uses Borla Polyphonic Harmonizer Technology, which combines pipes of different diameters and lengths to create a clean, rich, full-bodied exhaust note. Straight-through and multi-core construction improves exhaust velocity to help support responsive performance, driving enjoyment, and efficient flow. Built from premium T-304 stainless steel, the system provides excellent durability, while smooth mandrel bends and CNC manufacturing promote consistent fitment and unrestricted airflow. The dual outlets feature 4-inch round black chrome tips constructed from T-304 stainless steel. Do not use Borla Stainless Steel Polish part number 21499 on the black chrome tips; clean them with hot water and a microfiber cloth instead.

Fitment includes 2021-2026 Ford F-150 5.0L V8 models with a four-door Crew Cab and Short Bed or an Extended Cab with Standard Bed and the specified wheelbase. This system does not fit Tremor models or trucks equipped with the Black Appearance Package Plus. Add Borla adapter 60556 for Crew Cab models with Standard Bed and the longer wheelbase, or adapter 60564 for Extended Cab models with Long Bed.
