The 3" diameter into dual 2.25" BORLA Cat-Back system was specifically designed to enhance the power and sound of the Ford F-150 equipped with the 5.0L V8 engine. The system features the aggressive ATAK sound with no drone inside the vehicle. The split rear exit configuration replaces the single factory tail pipe, and has single 4" round black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips on each tail pipe. Using BORLA Stainless Steel Polish p# 21499 is NOT recommended with these black chrome tips. We suggest cleaning the tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth. Systems with bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips are also available. Additional systems are available with different options for sound level, tip finishes, and tip exits. Designed for 2021-2026 F-150 models equipped with the 5.0L V8, automatic transmission, four-wheel or two-wheel drive, and Regular Cab with the standard bed, this system replaces the factory exhaust with a high-flow, split rear-exit configuration. It delivers Borla’s aggressive ATAK sound while helping minimize interior drone for a more comfortable driving experience.

Constructed from premium T-304 austenitic stainless steel, the Borla system is engineered for long-term durability and resistance to corrosion. Patented straight-through and multi-core technology, combined with smooth mandrel-bent tubing, promotes increased exhaust velocity and efficient flow. Precision CNC manufacturing supports a consistent fit, while bolt-on installation simplifies mounting. The system is finished with single 4-inch round black chrome T-304 stainless steel tips on each tailpipe for a distinctive appearance. Do not use Borla Stainless Steel Polish part number 21499 on the black chrome tips; clean them with hot water and a microfiber cloth instead.

Fitment excludes Ford F-150 models equipped with the Tremor or Black Appearance Package Plus. Regular Cab models with the long bed require adapter 60564 for proper installation. This system is not CARB approved and may require emissions compliance verification before installation or use. Like other Borla Cat-Back systems, the 140869BC is backed by Borla’s Million Mile Warranty.
