The 3" diameter into dual 2.25" BORLA Cat-Back system was specifically designed to enhance the power and sound of the Ford F-150 equipped with the 5.0L V8 engine. The system features the aggressive ATAK sound with no drone inside the vehicle. The dual side (passenger side) exit configuration replaces the single factory tail pipe, and has single 4" round black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips on each tail pipe. Using BORLA Stainless Steel Polish p# 21499 is NOT recommended with these black chrome tips. We suggest cleaning the tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth. Systems with bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips are also available. Additional systems are available with different options for sound level, tip finishes, and tip exits. The ATAK sound level delivers an aggressive, performance-oriented exhaust note while Borla's muffler technology is engineered to minimize unwanted interior drone.

Built from premium T-304 stainless steel, the Borla 140877BC provides excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability. Its straight-through, multi-core design and smooth mandrel-bent tubing help improve exhaust velocity and support efficient power delivery. Computer numerical control manufacturing provides precise component fitment, while the bolt-on design simplifies installation using the vehicle's existing mounting locations. The system includes dual 4-inch round black chrome tips constructed from T-304 stainless steel. Do not use Borla Stainless Steel Polish, part number 21499, on the black chrome tips; clean them with hot water and a microfiber cloth instead.

This application fits Regular Cab models with a 122.8-inch wheelbase and standard bed. It excludes Tremor and Black Appearance Package Plus applications. Regular Cab models with the long bed and 141.5-inch wheelbase require Borla adapter 60564. This exhaust system is not CARB approved, and California buyers should verify applicable emissions requirements before installation.
