This system features a Merge X-Pipe for increased performance and improved sound. Our ATAK® system delivers an aggressive, head-turning sound. For a comfortable driving experience, we guarantee No-Drone with our exhaust systems. This 3" diameter dual Cat-Back™ system features single 4.5" round black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips on each side. Using BORLA® Stainless Steel Polish p# 21499 is NOT recommended with these black chrome tips. A system with bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips, and a system that reuses the Original Equipment (O.E.) tips are also available. We suggest cleaning the tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth. All BORLA® systems are built with T-304 stainless steel for added durability and long life. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends ensure maximum flow & power, and precision computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing ensures an accurate fit. Designed specifically for the supercharged 6.2L HEMI V8 with automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, this premium exhaust system delivers the aggressive, attention-getting ATAK sound while maintaining a comfortable driving experience through Borla’s guaranteed No-Drone tuning. This application fits 2021, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 models; it does not fit the 2022 model year.

Built from durable T-304 stainless steel, the Borla 140886BC uses a 3-inch dual-exit layout and ultra-smooth mandrel bends to promote efficient exhaust flow and long-term performance. The integrated Merge X-Pipe helps improve exhaust scavenging, power potential, and sound quality. Precision CNC manufacturing supports accurate fitment and dependable installation using the vehicle’s intended mounting points.

The system is finished with single 4.5-inch round black chrome T-304 stainless steel tips on each side for a clean, performance-oriented appearance. Do not use Borla Stainless Steel Polish part number 21499 on the black chrome tips. Borla recommends cleaning the tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth. A bright chrome tip version and an option designed to reuse the original equipment tips are also available. Installation should be completed by a qualified technician, and applicable emissions requirements should be verified before installation.
