This 2.5" diameter Cat-Back system features a True Dual design with two full tail pipes (Not just a single tail pipe with dual tips) that is unique in the industry. It was designed specifically for the Tundra 3.4L and delivers the classic S-Type sound without any drone. The system features a Merge X-Pipe for increased performance and improved sound. The system is finished off with single 4.5" round black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips on each tail pipe. Using BORLA Stainless Steel Polish p# 21499 is NOT recommended with these black chrome tips. We suggest cleaning the tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth. Systems with right chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips, and carbon fiber with black anodized center tips are also available. Designed for automatic-transmission, two- or four-wheel-drive Tundra models, this system includes Hybrid models and delivers Borla’s distinctive S-Type sound without unwanted exhaust drone. Its true dual configuration uses two complete tail pipes rather than a single pipe with dual tips, giving the system a purposeful appearance and balanced exhaust flow.

The system uses a Merge X-Pipe to support improved performance and a refined exhaust note. Mandrel-bent tubing and computer numerical control manufacturing help maintain smooth airflow, accurate fitment, and dependable performance. Constructed from premium austenitic T-304 stainless steel, the system provides corrosion resistance, long service life, and a sharp finished appearance. Dual 4.5-inch round black chrome tips on T-304 stainless steel tail pipes complete the installation. Do not use BORLA Stainless Steel Polish part number 21499 on the black chrome tips; clean them with hot water and a microfiber cloth instead.

This Borla cat-back system is intended for Extended (Double) Cab models with the standard bed and 145.7-inch wheelbase, as well as Crew (CrewMax) Cab models with the short bed and applicable wheelbase configurations. It will not fit vehicles equipped with the optional bed step. Additional extension pipes may be required for certain longer wheelbase applications, including Crew Cab models with the standard bed or Extended Cab models with the long bed.
